I don’t want business google forms,but i choose to create a google form and I successfully created one Google form. My question is How can we create a good google form,the purpose of creating this google form is to collect survey from parents of students for a particular school.

There are check Boxes and how can i make a checkbox mandatory? I mean the parent should check that box compulsory like on websites we check terms and conditions on which is mandatory. can we create a must check checkbox option on google forms ? If anyone knows how we can create a google form with mandatory checkbox…please help.
