Hi, I am an Indian. I have many relatives and friends in the USA. I frequently heard the term daylight saving time from them. I am curious to know about daylight saving time. When and why daylight saving time starts in the USA? What is the purpose of daylight savings time? In India, we don’t follow any such sort of daylight savings. Why do the USA and some other countries have daylight saving time? Please someone clarify my doubt. Thank you.
