Google play services and chrome not working on mobile data but working on wifi

I got a weird problem,that my google play services and chrome are working on wifi but not working on when i try to use with Mobile data,i tried switching between wifi and mobile data,when im on mobile data both play services app and chrome app are not working how to solve this issue ?

    1. Few Trouble Shooting steps you may try to solve this error:

      Step 1 : First of all trying using any other apps for example YouTube or anything to check whether you have internet connect with mobile data.
Step 2: Clear cache of Google Play Services app:click on your android phone 
settings > apps and notifications > Google Play Services >storage> clear cache > OK. 
Now check whether your error is solved if not,
Step 3 :Uninstall and reinstall Google Play Store updates: settings > apps or notifications > Google Play Store app > Uninstall Updates > OK.
