There are many sites available on the Web for this purpose. Some may contain massive ads and some would not. There are also paid URL Shortener sites. My favorite site is Short Url :
https://www.shorturl.at/
Here, All you got to do is to enter the link and click Shorten URL. Then you can copy the link and use it everywhere in the web. There won’t be ads while opening this link
