we can easily enable recording options on Google meet, within 3 simple steps. I myself is a class teacher and there is a need for me to record Google meet meeting, so I personally e got successful in recording a Google meet meeting.
Nowadays Google meet is playing a major role to conduct online classes in schools and virtual meetings in many offices.
The recording option in Google meet is very useful for parents to review the class later or if the teacher wants to share the recordings of class with the children who couldn’t attend.
Here are the steps followed to “enable recording option in Google meet” :
3. Type “Admin suite login” in the search bar.
4. Select “Admin Console -sign in- Google accounts”.
5. Login into Google Admins.
6. Select “Apps”—–>”G suite”——>”Google Hangouts”.
7. In meet video settings, select “Recordings”.
8. The Recording option is “OFF” by default.
9. In order to enable the recordings select the “Let people record their meetings” option and “SAVE” it.
10. Go into a meet and refresh.
11. Select the settings or three vertical dots option on the downright part of the meet.
12. It will ask if we have asked for consent. Select “Accept”.
13. The meeting starts recordings and we can view the recordings in the email.
In this way, we can enable the recording option in Google meet.
