Yes, You can. Infact there are variety of choices you can choose from which are both Android and Customized Android based OS. You can get Android OS for your PC just by googling. For customized OS, I recommend Remix OS which you can download from here : http://www.filehorse.com/download-remix-os-64/%3famp
So for installation, You can either run the setup or create a bootable disk ( USB Flash Drive Recommended ).
To create a bootable disk you need softwares like UnetBootin. Download it from the link below. After running the software, choose the iso file and wait for sometime. Then enter Boot Menu ( You can enter Boot Menu by pressing the necessary key shown in the Boot Screen) and select the bootable disk. That’s it. It will install the OS automatically. I recommend taking a backup incase anything goes wrong
