Facing Assassin creed black screen issue ? See how we can fix. Black screen issue is common among old android version users especially Jelly Bean users. The main reasons for this issue are App glitch or bugs, Gpu incompatibility and OS issues. There are some ways through which you can fix this. I have mentioned the most effective methods below:
1) Install The Right Supported Version Of The Game:
A game apk that is built mainly for a specific GPU may show black screen if we ran it on other GPU devices. So, Check if the game apk is for your GPU ( Adreno/ Mali/ PowerVR).
2) Turn Off Data And Try:
Network latency can also sometimes result in Black Screen issue on Jelly Bean verison. Try disabling Data network and check if the issue is fixed.
3) Try Resetting Your Device:
Doing a factory reset may fix your issue as this method fixed this problem for many other users. Go to Settings> Backup And Reset> Factory Reset.
Before that take a backup of your device to ensure that there won’t be any dataloss.
4) Force Stop and Clearing Data:
To do this, Head over to settings> Apps> Assassin’s Creed Identity> Do Force Stop and Clear Data.
