Best camera mobile under 20,000 in India

Please suggest me top 5 best camera phones under 20000.

I don’t care about other features such as Screen Size, RAM, Storage, Battery, etc. I just want a mobile having good video and photo camera.

Could you please suggest me best camera phones?
