Yes you can design logo without having any graphic designing knowledge. even I too created a logo without graphic designing knowledge. For to design a logo as you don’t know graphic designing knowledge, I’ll suggest you a best app called Canva.
You can get this app from Play Store and IOS Store. On the canva app you will see a pre designed templates. Just tweak with the changes. There are several objects, like material objects, symbols and much more.
I hope now you can try and design your own logo by yourself. You can do this on Adobe Photoshop also but Photoshop need some experience. You may read what are the alternative for Adobe Photoshop.
