Below are the steps which you can follow to stream live on TWITTER :
2. After you click on the camera option you will get 3 options and in the right side you will get your LIVE option.
3. After you select the live option You will be prepared to go live.

It’s pretty simple to start a live video on Twitter. All you got to do is to click on the Compose button, Select the camera icon and switch to live!
You can later add it as a new tweet
