Yes , Amazon do accept Debit Cards for EMI payment but that to in some specific debit cards which are running with current offer but they do imply some Conditions like, They want your Debit Card to have a balance of amount which is equivalent to the amount of the item which you are purchasing and they also block that amount in your Debit Card.
