Click on ‘Your channel’.

3) Go to ‘Videos’ from the options present in left pane. A Channel videos window will open. It’ll show you the list of your uploaded videos.
Click on the small ‘pencil’ icon beside the video whose thumbnail you want to change.
4) The selected video’s details will open. Scroll below and find ‘Thumbnail’ section. Click on ‘Upload thumbnail’.
5) After setting up the new thumbnail click on the blue ‘SAVE’ button present on the top-right corner.
