   Yes, It is possible to download deleted photos from Whatsapp.

   • if you have sent it to another friend ask them to re-send that photo.
   • check your gallery bin for deleted photos it contains the last 90days of deleted photos.
   • check your google photos app.
   • Download that photo from the chat backup for that navigate to settings->chats->chat backups and see the latest backup ran & if it is latest then uninstall the app and reinstall and backup your data.
   • Check all these possibilities and try to download and if you are not able then to get rid of this problem from next time  download the app WhatsRemoved and you can download in future if delete that pic
