So, to put a swipe up Story on Instagram,there are few prerequisites that needs to be fulfilled
That is the account needs to have atleast 10,000 followers only after that you would you allowed to add a link to your story with which you can post swipe up stories.
There are a lot of advantages of swipe stories, multiple brands and business accounts use them use them to boost their sales, send traffic directly to their website so all their instagram audiences can directly buy products from there.

But i have seen accounts with less than 10,000 followers giving swipe-up stories, what about that?

Oh that must have been a verified account then, I might have missed it, you either need to have 10,000 followers or a verified account with a blue tick.

Do recheck your information cause people both without blue tick and 10k followers are able to put up swipe up stories.
