How To Return A Product In Amazon?

I just received my Amazon product which I ordered like a week ago. But I found out that the product is fauly and I need to return it as soon as I could. Can someone tell me how to return it?

      Hello,

      You want to return an delivered product which is faulty. Fortunately Amazon has very good customer support and they take these things very seriously. The process is very straightforward:

      • Open Amazon app and swipe from left.
      • In the left pane tap on the ‘My Orders’ option.
      • List of product will appear. Your current order and past orders are listed.
      • If your ordered product is within return period then you are eligible to return.
      • Open that product from the list.
      • There will be option called ‘Return’. Look for it.
      • In the ‘Return’ option it’ll ask some questions why you want to return it?
      • Choose defected items or any appropriate option.
      • OK
      • Your product will be returned and they’ll send someone to collect your product.

      If you wish to return a product on Amazon, You can do that only if your product is eligible for return. Mostly, Prime products are eligible for return. If you’ve ordered a product which cannot be returned you can still contact Amazon customer care or the product manufacturer to get support. Here are the steps on how to return a product on Amazon :

      • When you’ve received a faulty product, Apply for return within a week by going to My Orders > Choose the faulty product > Return or replace item > Choose the necessary options
      • After that, You would receive a notification stating that someone would come to pick up your product within 2 or 3 business days
      • Make sure not to damage the product in any manner. Place the product in its cover or box along with the warranty card, Bill and other papers you’ve received with it.
      • When you’ve successfully returned the product, The money will be transferred to your account according to the option you chose. If you have chosen bank transfer, it may take some days. For Amazon pay balance, It would take only couple of hours
