Without any third party app, we can download or save whatsapp status videos of others. On your Android mobile, open file manager and then click on whatsapp folder and then click on media and find .statuses folder.
Others whatsapp status videos storage location on your phone will something like internal storage -> whatsapp ->media ->.statuses.
Note : This path may vary from different mobile manufacturers, just find whatsapp folder and search for media and then .statuses. Here you will the current whatsapp status videos of your friends. You can copy and move these status videos to your gallery folder.
