i too tried to see who liked my comment on youtube,because as soon as someone likes my youtube comment,if im on youtube app,i will get a notification like someone liked your comment on particular video, but unfortunately there is no way we can actually see who liked the youtube comment.
And that too notification comes only once for liked comments on youtube,as youtube never shows which person liked our comment,i think its not possible to view who liked the comment. This will be the answer you will be getting because i researched whole internet to find a way ,but didn’t find one.

You cannot see who liked your comment on youtube. Because YouTube is not friends community website, so you cannot see who liked your comment on YouTube.
But if someone replies then you can see that person.
