Instagram is not allowing to view the comments which I get reply. like someone mentioned on the comments but when I try to open the particular comment, it is forever loading. But actual comment is not getting open. in the post is not getting open so that I can reply them back. is this error Instagram or Instagram is not allowing to reply them?

Instagram, If you are unable to view a comment that your name is mentioned on, or if you can’t reply a particular comment on Instagram. This may be a Instagram glitch, so wait for a day and check whether you can comment or reply on the next day.
So even after a day, if you are unable to reply a particular comment, Instagram may thinking that you are spamming the comment section. Someone may have reported your previous comments, so Instagram may have hold your option for commenting or reply your mentions.
I guess for a short period of time this hold my stay on and you can be able to comment again in few days.
