I have used an app called Sketchware for this purpose. If you know a little programming, You may find this app easy to use. Infact, there won’t be any watermarks and others wont know you built your app using this application. There are tutorial videos in it. On a scale, I have made over 30 apps using sketchware. To develop an app my best suggestion is to use PC or LAPTOP because if you have an errors in the lines of your programming you need to zoom in or out.

As per my knowledge if something went wrong while running the code you need to clear the cache and delete the folder and reinstall again now the code runs successfully it uses java language as base.
