I tried to install python but it stopped in middle, when I try to uninstall this python software from control panel. Is not just getting uninstalled. How can I uninstall few softwares which are not getting installed on Windows 7 laptop. How can I fix this issue?

You can easily uninstall any software program using the following procedure as mentioned below ;
For windows 7:
To uninstall the application, use the uninstall program provided by Windows 7. Clicking on the Windows icon.
In the right panel, click on the control panel.
Under that click program on the Uninstall item a program.
Select the program you want to delete by clicking.
Click above on Uninstall / Change.
Confirm the installation removal process by clicking yes.
When you finish you will receive a status message, which you confirm by selecting OK.
Control Panel> Programs> Program and Features Options. But some changes have been made in Windows 10. So here I share that how easy you can remove the software installation in MS Windows 10, or you can use different ways. Here am explaining the whole process it in detail:
Click on the Start Menu & then click Settings. In the click system settings.
Uninstall Software Klik-on-System-Option-in-Windows-10-Settings
Go for the system settings, To remove software installation or application, click Application Options & Features from the left panel.
Now you will see all the list of software & applications click on the application you want to delete / delete / delete from your Windows 10.

As you said you are unable to install few apps, those apps maybe trying to install in background. This may happen on windows PC, if you see a error like “An error (-5006: 0x80070002) has occurred while running the setup”. See the ways to fix that error and your issue gets solved.
