We can download all aur Instagram data live chat conversations, photos,videos,stories etc in a single click. Without any third party app we can download all our Instagram data in a single click.
To download this data and exported to email, just click on your profile picture at bottom right. Then click on three bars at right top corner and click on security. Here you will see an option called download data. Once you type on download data use option to enter your email ID.
Enter the email id to where you want your Instagram data to be exported. Once you click on send all your Instagram data will be downloaded to your email.
Click on profile – more – security – download data. You may read how to export Instagram chat.
