I have2 friends working as SAP SD consultant and SAP FICO consultant in Tech Mahindra, first of all all I got to know about the work environment is really good. Management is good either when they apply for their leaves, most of the time they get. Only thing they complain is lack of good hikes for senior employees but for freshers the amount of salary they get is really good in Tech mahindra.
Coming to SAP projects, there are plenty of projects so no need to worry about that.

Coming to the work hours or shifts in Tech Mahindra they are very flexible with 3 shifts in a day, You didn’t mention whether your male or female, if you are a female you may be bothered about night shifts(if any are in that branch). If you have any issues with night shifts, you can talk to them before Joining to into tech Mahindra about the issue.
Good communication with the higher authorities.
