I got a weird problem,that my google play services and chrome are working on wifi but not working on when i try to use with Mobile data,i tried switching between wifi and mobile data,when im on mobile data both play services app and chrome app are not working how to solve this issue ?

Hello to everyone when im trying to set my wordpress site i uploaded a custom theme which is 5.6 mb in size,so when im trying to upload the file …..

I got this error : The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini Error ,how can i increase the php.ini max file size data in MB and To which specific value i should increase ,i purchased cpanel and vps server hosting in Go Daddy.
