Today as usual I received a mail called Google has sent payment. But I noticed then there is a huge photo in the total payments and it is showing a very little personal amount just payment. Is this happened to me only or to all?

As there are new taxation rules in US last month I updated and submitted the tax information. Does that affected the total payment in showing on the partial payment?
