“Why should I hire you” is one of the most old-school questions that’s asked in almost every interview. But how to answer it well? Let me help you out.
“Being a fresher, I can bring new perspectives to the company which can help it strategize better. To add to that, I also bring on the table good communication skills, discipline and punctuality.
I have also practised teamwork and leadership skills through many events that I have participated in while in college.”
“Plus, it’s something I love doing and therefore the love will show in my work in the form of high-quality outputs.”
Make sure you mean everything you say. If these qualities in this sample answer don’t match your qualities, change them accordingly.
“I believe this field has an immense need for people with good communication skills, empathy, a positive attitude and willingness to take good care of people. And I have all these.
Also, I pursued this field because more than earning money, I want to help people in pain.”
you can answer by stating the job experiences you had before. Mention the positive qualities you have like leadership skills. How you can respond spontaneously in difficult situations that police often face.
Also, do not forget to show your love for your country and its betterment.
Well, here’s a sample answer for you.
“I believe that the first thing that your employee should have is the skill to handle various types of people with good verbal and communication skills. This helps get positive reviews and also more sales. Secondly, this person should be good at accounts too.”
After saying this, add the instances where you utilised these skills well.
