Authentication is required when this PC wakes up from sleep how to fix

Good day! May I humbly seek your utmost assistance please. I have snipped the problem on my pc and it says authentication is required, as well as the password saying managed by the administrator. I bought this pc to my frend, though I am the owner, and i am also the administrator, but I can not get this to have it changed.Hopefully you can help me with this.

      Authentication problem is one of the most common problem to arise while using sleep mode in Windows 10. Here are some ways to fix Authentication Problem in Windows 10:

      • Open Settings by typing “Settings” in Windows Search bar or by using the shortcut key Windows Key + i
      • Head over to Accounts> Sign – In Options
      • Under Require Sign In Options, Choose “Never”.

      If you find the whole options including Sign-In are greyed out, Follow The below steps:

      • Open Settings by typing “Settings” in Windows Search bar or by using the shortcut key Windows Key + i.
      • Head over to Accounts> Access Work Or School.
      • Make sure your work account is not added to your computer. Also verify that you are not connected to any work account.

      After you’ve performed the above steps, Restart your PC and check if the problem is fixed.
