So, I would like to answer it as a general idea,rather than stating pros and cons separately.
AI has certainly evolved quite a bit from its roots, it will never be able to fully take over for humans in decision making-roles. Humans will always play a key role in the workplace. Ultimately, I think humans will be living and working in an augmented world, where machines are useful supplements and tools to the future workplace rather than completely in charge.
Also we as humans need to constantly upscale ourselves as a lot of manual jobs will be gone forever,the process has already started in the Amazon warehouses, We can’t win against machines in terms of efficiency and productivity, but we need to understand that humans develop technologies therefore we would always have an upper hand over them, if we could keep working hard and keep learning day in and day out.
