I try to change the Instagram password but I am unable to change. To give a new password to Instagram by clicking on forgot password, it is showing as something went wrong and try again later. How do you fix Instagram not changing the password?

I successfully changed my Instagram password when it says like, something went wrong try again later.
Once I click on forget password it is showing as, try recovering password by entering your phone number or email id. See if Instagram not letting you login.
I gave the phone number as the Instagram password recovery and I have received a code. When I try to enter the password recovery code it is saying or something when wrong try again later.Can’t change Instagram password try again later.
Now to fix this issue you need to click on the bottom option at the recovery options screen. Here you will click on option called I don’t have access to anyone of the above.
Once you click on that you will have the option to enter the current phone number link to the Instagram account and you need to enter the code receive to your mobile number.
Once you verify the code you can keep in new password for your Instagram account and login successfully.
