For connecting your Android device to your TV, both devices has to be compatible with each other.
For Android 4.2 or higher version you need miracast wireless display standard smart TV. If yes, you can very easily connect both the devices.
Follow the below given instructions to seamlessly connect your Android to the smart TV-
1. Connect your Android and TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Go to the input menu on your smart TV and turn on “screen mirroring”.
3. On your Android device, open the wireless display menu and turn on “screen mirroring”.
4. From the list of devices displayed on the Android device select your smart TV.
5. You need to follow the instructions displayed on the screen to establish the connection. But sometimes you might need to enter a code that is displayed on the smart TV in your Android device to establish the connection.
