Currently Instagram doesn”t allows messaging option in jio-phones.
For now it’s only available for IOS and ANDROID phones. Maybe later or soon they will come with this feature but for now there’s a big NO for this feature on jio-phones.
Actually there is one way to chat in instagram on jio phone,as we cant install instagram app in jio phone,to chat with your friends on instagram is a bit hard task,but you can try this approach to chat in jio phone also….
Just open your browser on jio phone and visit instagram.com and login to your account and check whether you can see direct message option,if that option is there,just click on that and see if you can message a person.If this works you can chat on jio in instagram app.
