I want to know how we can convert any image file into text using Microsoft MS word.
Since few days I am looking for a option to convert image to text in Microsoft ms word. How we can do?

These are the following steps to convert image to text in Microsoft ms word:
1. First open microsoft , then click to “insert” button , click on “picture” then click on ” the device” .
2. Select image that you want to convert, again click on insert then click on image, then go to format, click on “wrap text”, click on ” in front of text”
The benefit of “In front of text” is , you can make the image size bigger & smaller also drag or drop.
3. Again click on format, then go to correction, then click on picture correction option, then will show format picture ( you can edit picture like sharpness, brightness, contrast).
4. Then save the image, for saving the image you need to go to “file” button then click on “save”, select the browse, save the image in desktop, put a name and click on “save as”, then click on PDF and save it. Then close all the tabs
5. Again open Microsoft word, then click on “view”, click on “outline”, the click on “show document”, click on insert then click on desktop, choose & select the PDF and open the file , click on “OK” . After that the image will simply convert into text then at the end click on “close outline view”.
