first of all,check to which location you exported the whatsapp chat,if its email export,we can simply delete export chat from whatsapp,as it saves the chat as a simple email,delete the mail and delete it from trash too.
Procedure to delete a whatsapp chat back up which is on Google Drive:
If you exported the whatsapp chat to drive and now if you want to delete it,just open Google drive app and click on 3 lines at left top corner as shown in the below image.
