   Yes, it is possible to delete whatsapp chat in Jio phone. Just you need to follow these steps –

   • Open whatsapp under social section. Then click on the chats option. Open a chat that you want to delete.
   • Now, select a message that you want to delete.
   • At the bottom of the screen you can see 3 choices – “message”, “info” and “options”. Choose the third one.
   • When you click on the options button, you will get an option to delete message.
   • Now, you get two options to delete, that is, delete for me and delete for everyone. Choose any of the two options as per your requirement. If you want to delete for yourself then choose first option but if you want to delete for for recipient as well as for yourself then choose second opinion.
   • Once you delete that message, your screen will show – This message was deleted instead of original message.
