If you want to fix the GTA3 San Andreas ‘download failed because of resources’ problem , you need to follow these simple steps to successfully solve this problem.
1. First try to install the game. Ensure that the OBB file is in your Android in the downloads.
2. Next, the APK file should be moved to the internal storage of your phone from the SD card.
3. The OBB file should be moved to Android>OBB>com.rockstargames.gtasa/ in the android’s internal storage.
PLEASE NOTE: In case there is no OBB folder, you need to create it.
4. Now install the APK.
Even after following these steps, if the problem is encountered, then it is clear that there is some problem with the files.
