How to fix queued email not sending on Gmail app Android

Im using Gmail app on my android phone.Today I noticed that all the mails im sending to other people are not sending anymore,instead they are sitting on outbox folder in the gmail app and saying email is queued.How can i solve this Queued email problem on my Gmail App ?

To inform someone who is going to answer my question.I cleared my cache memory of the app and still it doesnt help,still im seeing queued email waiting to send…

    1. If you face queued email not sending error on your gmail app then you may follow these trouble shooting instructions to solve the above error….

      –>To send queued email, dismiss the unsent in outbox notification — >then go into your outbox –> place your finger on the red word queued and swipe down(refreshing). It should say uploading and then sending.

    2. Just uninstall the app and reinstall it,i guess it works or check whether your storage is full,in some cases if the storage is filled up you will get this queued email problem in gmail app.

      Often, as a Gmail user, we notice that all the emails we send to other people are not sending anymore, instead, they are residing on the outbox folder in the Gmail app and says email is queued. If you have faced a similar problem, don’t worry, let me help you out.

      As a general procedure, I am sure that you must have tried several ways to solve this problem by switching your internet connection on and off, clearing the cache memory of your android device, or force stop the app and gain installed it.

      But sometimes, after doing all these you still face the problem. To solve the problem permanently, do the following steps:

      1. Go to the ‘Settings’.
      2. In the Settings, search for ‘Apps & notification’. Click on it.
      3. Click on the ‘App info’.
      4. Search the ‘Gmail’ app and click on it.
      5. Go to the ‘Storage’ button and click on it.
      6. Once it opens, you will get 2 options: ‘Clear cache’ and ‘Clear data’.
      7. If you clicked on a clear cache button before but still the problem is not fixed, click on ‘Clear data’.

      Still, if you are facing the same problem, temporarily enable and disable Gmail sync and decrease the days to sync option. 

      1. Click on ‘Settings’.
      2. Click on the ‘Accounts’ options from the menu.
      3. Select the Gmail account from the list.
      4. Click on the ‘Remove’ button to remove associations temporarily
      5. Reboot your android phone and reconfigure the Gmail account again on your phone.  

      This will definitely solve the error and the emails will not be queued in the Outbox further.

      Also, it is suggested to update your android phone whenever the system updated appear.

      This will 100% works. To solve queued error in Gmail, Simply go to outbox and refresh it by swiping down. It will work thanks.
