Me and my friend on Snapchat usually have good Snapchat streak score. We used to send snaps each other daily on Snapchat. Suddenly I couldn’t find snapchat streak symbol and snapchat streak score. If you find that Snapchat streak icon or Snapchat score is missing on your Snapchat app, then you can simply report the same issue to the support of Snapchat.
Open chrome browser and browse through https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/i-need-help
Then click contact us option. Then you will find snapchat streak option.
As you observed about image you need to select on I lost my Snapstreak.
If you scroll down, there will be a form you need to fill the form with the respective details. Just enter your Snapchat username and your friends Snapchat username and when did you see, that you lost your Snapchat streak etc.
