Place eggs in a large saucepan.
Fill with cold water.
Add salt to the water.
Place on stove on high heat and bring to boil.
As soon as it boils remove it from heat.
Turn heat to low and return pan to simmer for 1 min.
Remove from heat and cover with lid for 12 min.
Run eggs under cold water and peel when cooled.
