To play old JAVA games on android you’ll have to use emulator. Emulator is a piece of software which simulates the working environment of original software on a different platform. Follow along:

Yes, You can play java games with your Android phone either by an app or a site. Before that, Make sure you’ve got the java game downloaded on your device. It not, You can always download your java game file from this site :

When you’ve installed the game, I recommend you to download J2ME Loader from Play Store by visiting this link :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.playsoftware.j2meloader
Once you have installed the app, Open it and choose the java game file. Make sure you have extracted if it’s a zip file. The file would contain .jar extension.
When the game is loaded you can use the keypad provided by the app to play the game or you can use the touch screen
