Regrading your question on Exporting WhatsApp Chat To PC, I have found a solution. There is an alternate method where you can export your WhatsApp Chat directly to PC, But you won’t be able to view the content ( Messages/ Medias). It would be saved as a single file with an extension .crypt. Continue reading to learn the easiest way to Export Your WhatsApp Chat To PC
Firstly, Download the software called TunesBro from the link below :

After you have installed this software, Take your phone and connect it your PC via USB cable. Don’t forget to turn on the USB Debugging option ( Found In Developer Options )
Once you have successfully connected your phone to this software, You can see your Phone Name displayed on the left panel. Right click and choose Backup. The entire messages and contacts would be saved. If you wish to backup only a specific contact, Click your Phone Name And Choose The Contact> Right Click > Backup
That’s it! Your WhatsApp Messages Will Be Saved On Your PC! You Can Later Export Them To Your Android Phone
