If your Bluetooth on your device is not showing any devices and not scanning any devices we can fix the Bluetooth not showing issue in the following ways.
How to fix Bluetooth not showing devices problem:
1) first thing you can do to fix the bluetooth problem is, just restart your mobile and try to switch on Bluetooth and try to scan again.
2) if the problem persists you can clear the cache and data of bluetooth so that it will work fine for you.
3) after clearing the cache, now make your other Bluetooth device is turned on and is acceptable to new devices ( you need to enable option called visible to other devices).
4) bluetooth -> advanced settings -> visible to others.
By doing the above problem shooting steps I open visit your Bluetooth not showing other devices problem will get fixed.
