Regarding your question on How To Update Your Pixel 3A To The Latest Android 11, It’s possible only if your device is eligible for the update. Android 11 is out recently and it’s available to many smartphones in India
I just checked out if the update is available to Pixel Smartphones and found that most Pixel Smartphones qualifies for the update including Google Pixel 3A
To check for the update, Head over to your Settings > System > Advanced > System Update
If your Google Pixel 3A has not received the update yet, Wait patiently for a week or two. Let’s hope you will get the Android 11 update soon
