It’s a one step easy process to create shorts and upload shorts on youtube. how to upload youtube shorts from mobile, for this question. Just open YouTube app on your mobile and at bottom click on plus (+) symbol option.
There you will find create option as shown in the below image.
After clicking on plus symbol on youtube mobile app, click on create shorts option as shown in the below image.
Then your phone camera gets opened, now create a short video clip and upload as shorts.
