I just heard about an app called LimeRoad, Where people can order products for free just by sharing the app with others. Is this really true? How does it actually work?

I don’t recommend you to go for this app since there are many negative reviews and also in my own experience, The app is not completely legit.
To get free products what you have to do is to choose a product under the “cut the price” option and share it to your friends. When your friend installs the app and click your link, he/she can cut 20Rs off from your product. But, With one account, You can only cut the price once. To create one account you need a phone number. So basically, If you have two phone numbers, You can only cut your friend’s product price twice.
Also, It’s really time consuming to cut the price depending on the rate of your product. The time given to cut the price is 24hrs. Also, If you have completed the offer and made the product available for free, You still have to pay the delivery charge which 80Rs+
Now I am going to share my experience.
I installed LimeRoad app like a month ago and I have cut the price of a VR Headset to zero. They said, I have to pay the delivery charge which is 80Rs. But since, I didn’t trusted the app, I selected Cash On Delivery. They said I’ll receive the product within 10 days. Now it has been a month and I haven’t received the product yet. There are no options to call the delivery agent or even their company. The only contact option is by email.
Many people have experienced the problem I faced. While some have received the product, They says that the product is of very cheap quality.
