Where I am trying to send few images and a document file to my friend in WhatsApp. I face the following error “this file format is not supported whatsapp”.
How can you fix this file format is not supported when setting WhatsApp status or sending files to WhatsApp chat?

When you face this error this file format is not supported on WhatsApp. You can fix this error by Changing the file format of the particular file where you are getting error.
For example if you are facing this issue when you are uploading a video file to your WhatsApp status.
Solution:Go to file manager or gallery and find that particular video, just convert that video to MP4 format with online converter.
Now try to set your WhatsApp status it should work well.
If you face this error while sending a photo or image to one of your chat friends. Try converting that image or photo file to PNG format.
