Today,my wordpress theme settings suddenly went to the default settings. I spent one week on tweaking all the customise settings,but suddenly when i see now,everything was like initial activation of the theme.
What should i do now ?

Just make sure,whether there is any plugin updated recently,in some cases when a plugin is updated and if its is associated with the theme,issues like this may encounter.
or check whether your WordPress admin password is leaked to someone,so that anyone may have changed it.
You can do one thing,ask your hosting provider to back up your website to a day before the issue,so that not much of your website loses data.if you feel there is so much happened on your website,you need to find another way
