Pycharm when compared to Cpython interpreter, it has lot more effective futures plugins and easy user interface. Spyder interpreter is also same as pycharm. but spyder interpreter is light and come with less libraries when you compared with Pycharm.
Pycharm interpreter is fully developed environment. And you can switch to any interpreter on python by just pressing control + shift + p. you can just switch the required environment of interpreter anytime. You can test your python project whether it is working fine on different interpreters.
