When we go for an interview, one thing that comes to our mind is how do interviewers rate the applicants? I have mentioned a few ways how an interviewer rates an applicant.
Hiring is an important decision for any organization, and hiring the wrong employee can be a big problem. To ensure the human resource manager hires the right employee, the employers take interviews and rate the candidates on the right measures.
Here are some of the factors an interviewer looks at before hiring a person.
1. Educational Qualification
2. Previous experience of the candidates.
3. Level of enthusiasm and energy to work.
4. Communication skills.
5. Body language of the person at the interview.
6. Leadership skills.
7. Technical Knowledge.
8. Team collaboration and cooperation.
9. Ability to resolve the problems.
10. Professionalism.
11. Knowledge about the industry.
12. Dressing sense.
Most important of all, your resume. Your resume will speak for you in your absence. Make sure you have everything mentioned in your resume, and you look presentable for your interview.
