#1: First you have to “Create a Facebook Page”:
Note: To switch to a Business Profile on Instagram , your Business must have an active Facebook Page. Don’t worry it can be created in no-time.
If you already have a Facebook Page, you can skip to next step otherwise follow step-by-step procedures:
a) Open your Facebook Page and click on “three lined icon or you can say the bookmark” from there select “Pages”. There you will find a “Create” button click in that. It will show like the image below:
b) Next Give a Title to your Page. This can be your business name or any other name so that people can find out easily.
c) What’s this Page about? : Select your business category here.
d) Help People find you : Add your Page’s address so that you can be reachable to your customers.
e) At last Add a Profile Picture and a Cover Photo that best represent your business.
And that’s it! Your business’ Facebook Page is now Active!
#2. In this Step you have to Connect your Facebook Page to Instagram
a) Now Login-in into your Instagram account and navigate to your Profile.
b) Next, tap the “triple lined button/icon” in the top right corner of the screen
c) Tap to the “Settings ” icon.
d) Tap Account
e) Tap Switch to Professional Account
f) Choose a Business account : “when you are switching to a business account your account will become a Public account”
g) Review your Contact Information
h) Next Connect Your Facebook Page: You must have Admin access to your business Facebook Page to take this action. once you confirm which Facebook Page you want to connect .
Your business Profile is ready to go!
