   The procedure to get Kuwait shoon working visa or article 18 visa:

   1) we cannot apply for article 18 or shoon visa but your quite employer should apply a working visa or shoon Visa on behalf of you.

   2) The employer which gives employment in covered for you should apply for social affairs and labour ministry.

   3) you can do one thing you can ask someone who is already in Kuwait to apply a working shoon visa for you by searching a job there. Your employer than will apply to the covered government the ministry of interior. They will give all your details to the concern department.

   4) once you reach Kuwait your employer will apply for iqama, which is the resident permission to work there.

   5) but if you want tourist visa or visiting visa you can apply online by visiting through a website called https://evisa.mou.gov.kw
