Which powerbank allowed in planes or flights

I heard flight or plane crew doesn’t allow powerbank together. Which powerbank they will allow you together with you in plane during flights?

      Power Banks cannot be carried along with check-in luggage and should be carried along with hand luggage only.

      Also there are few things to be kept in mind, while carrying Power banks with you on your flight:

      • As per federal aviation, you can only carry lithium-ion batteries rated above “100 watt hours (Wh) per battery.”
      • Anything about that limit is restricted.
      • If you would like to carry anything above the suggested limit, special permission needs to taken from federal aviation .

      So the major reason why it’s not allowed to carry Power banks is that ,there is always that slim chance that the internal battery will react chemically, explode, and cause a fire.
